Coconut Bacon

Bacon.. It's one of the hardest things people find to stop eating when considering a plant based lifestyle. But have no fear, Sophia is here! Cruelty free bacon, with no carcinogens, antibiotics, cholesterol or rotting flesh (gross right!). We only come in peace ✌🏻️ So this is totally sinfree, healthy and no refined sugars! Also gluten free :) They charge so much for this stuff in health food shops but honestly it's so easy, cheap and quick to make. Give it a go!

Ingredients:

Coconut chips

Maggi sauce / liquid amino's

Agave syrup

Method

Mix the chips in the sauce and agave syrup and let on a baking tray.

Bake at 180c for 4/5 mins. Take them out when they are a golden brown but be careful as they can burn easily! Leave to cool and store in an air tight container either in the fridge or freezer :)
